Today economy is in bad shape. Stock markets have plunged as never before. My knowledge in this field is very much limited. But I understand from TV news that if a person has more than $100,000 deposited in bank it could be lost. I remember when I was very young, one day a person coming to our home informing my parents that their money deposited in a kind of bank has been lost due to bankruptcy and that they expect to recover only a very small amount of that money. He and my parents had discussion for a long time but of no avail. My parents' hard earned money was gone and it devastated them. They were completely shocked. Even after many years they regret why they put their money in that bank! But it was not the end of the world for my parents. They provided for us best of the land to eat, best to wear, best place to live and gave us best education.It is true that when our entire belongings are lost it breaks our heart. It is devastating when we lose our treasures. But these worldly treasures are so unpredictable that you cannot trust on it. Today you may have everything but tomorrow it may be gone. That is the reason why Jesus spoke in Mat 6:19-21, "Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."A treasure laid up in heaven can only last forever. For others there is no guarantee. Further Jesus said in Mat 6:24 "No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon."I have seen people running after money, always thinking about money and aiming how to make more and more money. They work hard; they do day jobs, night jobs and even 2-3 jobs and yet in spite of their efforts in dreaming after money, they remain far from their goal, more worried... But Jesus said in Mat 6:32-33, "For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you."When we seek God first and give our days in His mighty hands, He takes care of our days. He takes care of our provisions. Today probably many of you may be seeing very tough situation in your life where your hard earned money is being lost. But my friend, it is not the end of the world for you. If you put your trust in Jesus, He will bring you out of your tough situation and He will bless you beyond your imagination and beyond your expectations.Trust on Him, He will never fail you.
Summary of his Christian life and ministryOn 14th February 1972 he was born again, took baptism and on 10th April, he dedicated his life for ministry. On 5th March 1972 he joined in a seminary and later had further theological studies too. In the year 1976 he was ordained as Pastor in the Anglican church. He worked as an Anglican priest for sometime. However, when he received the baptism of Holy Spirit on 21st October 1980, eventually the church suspended him because he spoke in unknown tongues. He planted a few churches in Myanmar and then he came to India in 1984 with the desire to work in the land where he was born. For two years he worked for World IslamicEvangelization as senior advisor and preacher. He worked in India as a Pastor and planted a few churches. Then he went to work as a Chaplain in a Christian Medical College. On August 7th, 1986 he married Raj Prabha (National basketball player for India until 1984) and they have three children. From 1986-1987 he worked as Chaplain of a School and as Priest at Church of North India, Kashmir. Jonathans commenced church planting from 1987-1989 after which he became chaplain of the Christian Medical College in Ludhiana Punjab, North India for two years. Following this he became Senior Pastor of Christian Fellowship Center in Bombay (1991-1993) that grew from a few members to well over 1000 members.His international ministry began in 1994 when he founded the "Revival Crusaders International" and during that year he reached 11 states of North India which was his vision. He has since traveled to over 46 nations preaching the gospel. He became the President and Executive Director of Supreme Task International Ministries in India in 1996 - 2008. In 1997 the Anglican community in India came together and later became THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNION OF THE EPISCOPAL RENEWAL CHURCHES (ICERC). Today he is the Presiding Archbishop over 44 Bishops and has around 3000 churches and 3400 ministers. He has lectured as a visiting teacher in various Bible colleges in India and abroad.Ministry Involvements- Conducted youth seminars in different places among youth from Christian and other religious backgrounds. Many of them gave their life to the Lord Jesus Christ. - Conducting One Month Discipleship Training for new believers throughout India and training hundreds of them every year.- Provided assistance to establish children homes/orphanages at different parts of India.- Ministry among street children, destitute and underprivileged children.- Creating awareness of Aids throughout the nation and supporting children of Aids victims.- Rehabilitation program for drug and alcohol addicts.- Organized leadership seminars for Pastors, church leaders and people involved in various ministries.- Addressed Christian Business men in different forums and taught them Biblical principles for business growth.- Networking with other churches and mission groups in the area of church planting.- Trained and sent mission groups to various mission fields within India and abroad.- Preached the gospel through television programs in the UK, India and abroadARCHBISHOP Jonathan Ansar oversees about 3000 churches in India and has been ministering for over 36 years and preached in 46 nations. His crusades have had up to 300,000 people where miracles and healings occur. During his years of ministry he has seen eight people raised from the dead. A number of attempts have been made on his life and he has always been miraculously saved included twice drinking deadly poison. During his early years as a Christian he spent time in prison for smuggling Bibles into China where he baptized 40 Christian prisoners. He is able to converse in a number of languages.Archbishop Jonathan Ansar is a modern day apostle who crusades with signs and wonders following. As the Bible says in Ezekiel 22:30 "So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it." And also the Bible says in Numbers 16:48, "And he (Aaron) stood between the dead and the living; so the plague was stopped." We have fasting prayer every second Tuesday of each month.
