Isa 43:1-2, "But now, thus says the LORD, who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel: "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you."This is the promise of God for redeemed of God. No matter what you go through, the almighty God would be with you. If you have known Him and if you love Him He will come with you and would be your help in the time of trouble.At times we go through terrible things which bewilders us and makes us to think, where is God? At times things happen and we don't understand what is going on. Sometimes calamity strike when we are not at all prepared for it. Suddenly things would change and make us frightened. It happens to everyone whether you are a child of God or not. But the only difference is that if you are a child of God, God will be with you and help you in the time of trouble to overcome all those difficult and impossible situations.When Jesus was crucified and was buried, His disciples were not prepared for this sudden tragedy that came in their lives. They were confused and frightened. But Jesus stood among them and His presence made them glad. Even in the midst of that terrible tragedy they could rejoice. We read in John 20:19-20, "Then, the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, "Peace be with you." When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord."Jesus did not forget His disciples but He came running among them to give them His peace. The same Jesus can give us peace and make us happy even in the midst of our worst trouble. Bible talks about David a young man who loved the Lord with all his heart. When he was just sixteen years old, he had to run for his life. He wandered in the wilderness for many years. King Saul and his army were constantly seeking him to kill him. But because God was with David, no one could touch him nor even the king Saul. Every time God protected him from his enemies. Every time David was triumphant. No enemy could ever stand before him. Not because David was special or superman or something different but because God was with him. A day came when God exalted David and he became the king of Israel.My friend, if you love God and walk in His will, He will bless you. He will walk with you and help you in your troubles. He will fulfill His promises in your life. And as Isaiah writes, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you."Do not look at your troubles, wanderings and trials but look to Jesus who can help you. He can turn your situation around.

When I was walking down on the concrete road, I saw a banner titled "40 days of fasting prayer and revival meetings." I thank God that God took me to the place where God's presence comes down and dwells in that place. I went there and stood under the banner thinking that someone would come and invite me in that meeting. But a group of people were praising God saying Hallelujah. This fasting meeting was in a temporarily made shed with coconut branches. Some people were standing, some were falling down, some were sitting, some were speaking something and were running, some were jumping, some were speaking in different languages and the sound of Jesus, Jesus was heard among them. When I saw it, I felt awefull. I thought Oh, What happened to these people, but they are calling the name of Jesus? I thought, what is happening among them and started to look carefully. Because they were running and jumping here and there I looked on the floor thinking if there were any critters at the floor. But when I looked more carefully, I saw the same light which came down in my prayer room and it was shining around and among them like a rotating torch light.In one jump I entered inside that meeting place because I felt that the God who brought me here is in it, His presence is among them. As I said earliar that this presense of God is among them those who gather in the name of Jesus and those who praise God. With our natural eyes we can see many things but let me tell you when our spiritual eyes are opened we can experience God's presence. When I was running and entering inside the room, I felt as if electric current has passed from my feet. I thought that there may be electric wiring under the floor or my feet might have touched some kind of live wire hidden under the carpet. But current passed from my feet and a power ran upwords in my feet. I lost my power to stand and I was thrown few times and fell near the pulpit. As I laid there some unknown language which I could not control myself started to flow out of my mouth with power.Seeing this everyone stood up because I was wearing black Muslim dress. The servant of God of that congregation also stood up and said everyone to praise God. He said that when he was praying at night, he saw a vision that a Muslim girl who was wearing black Muslim dress came among them and was praising God. When I prayed to God that, "if you can remove this imprisonment, I can go" this is what happened. My Lord, after showing me in my dream the place where I had to go, went straight to this man of God's prayer room (to inform him that I was coming). Because nobody, no human help was there who could have took me to this place and introduced me saying that this is Nazeela Beevi and how she knew God, nobody was there so He (Jesus) went before me. I had only Jesus to lean on Him who created the universe. I knew through this experience that if that God has called me He is faithful to lead me till the end. Then the man of God said because God has sent you here we are recieving you. After this whatever trouble comes it's not a big deal for us because our Lord who sent you here will take care of them. I stayed ten days there. Ten days I fasted and prayed. I heard the messages of Bible and I took the class for water baptism. After ten days the fast would be over and that day many others were also taking baptism so they thought to give me baptism too. When prophets use to come they were declaring the great works of God which will take place through me. They said that the horrible and very hard battle is ahead of me. The problems which are unbearable to handle are going to come. The incidence are ahead of you that could destroy you totally and could break you down. But as long as you are filled with the Holy Spirit and if you stay fully anointed this anointing will go with you and help you to face those troubles. When they said this I told, "Jesus your anointing is enough for me and if I have to die for your name's sake I am even willing to die for you." Whatever I prayed God was listning to those prayers and God was looking what was in my heart. On tenth day when I was taking baptism a group of people came from my home and they forcefully took me. Because when my dad knew that I did not reach my uncle's house he planned many things through witchcraft and he could know that I came here. When my dad went to bus station and enquired about me the conductor of the bus said if she was wearing a black Muslim dress then she boarded the particular bus and got down in this place. When my dad came here he could see the worship was going on. My dad figured out that most probably I came here because when he asked the Muslim Priests and they said that, there is a center of attraction ring (magnatic power which is enveloping her) and she went there. When my father came he could see the various signs regarding the Attraction ring center which he heard from those Imams. So he came searching for me but did not come inside and call me but returned back and prepared witchcraft related things. He invited all the Muslim Priests and he invited all the Imams of the Mosque where my father worked as priest. He invited all the Muslims. So around two thousand people were gathered there and he invited the Priest (Imam) who was supposed to marry me. Then after all these preparations were done he sent people to kidnap me. They came when I was standing in the baptism tank and was about to take the baptism. They forcefully took me and forced me into a car and they brought me to my home. Please read Part 10
We are healed by His stripes

Isa 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. Jesus went through it all so that we can have safe future.. He was beaten up, bruised, was nailed to the cross. Why? Just to see us going heaven. Jesus' suffering and crucifixion brings spiritual healing, physical healing, emotional healing and healing in many other areas of our life. Today we are going to see about spiritual and physical healing.1. Spiritual healing: You all know that sin has brought spiritual death in human life. The Bible says, all have sinned and come short of the glory of God (Rom 3:23). According to God all are sinners. According to God's standards every person who is born in this world is born in sin. Sin has brought spiritual death and a dead person cannot go to heaven. If we have to stand before most holy God we need to get rid of our sins. Sin is the main hindrance between God and humans. When God saw that humans whom He had created would perish in sin. He sent His only son Jesus to build bridge between human beings and God. If a person comes to this bridge and climbs upon it and walks on it then and only then that person can reach to God and others can not. If you want to go to heaven you need to be connected with God. You need to come to reconciliation with God and this is the only thing that gives us ability to reach heaven. Unless and until you find this bridge you can't reach heaven. Yes Jesus is that bridge between man and God. Jesus had shed His precious blood on the cross and died so that He can connect you and I with living and holy God. The Bible says, without shedding of blood there is no remission of sin.. The sin, which was committed, by Adam and Eve brought alienation between God and man. This alienation can't be fixed in any other ways. Your good works don't do it. Your generous deeds don't do it because all our works are like filthy rags in the sight of God. Once I was talking to one of our non-Christian friends. She asked, "I heard that when you have forty days fast people don't eat non vegetarian food. Then she asked, "Do you do the same thing?" I said, "no", she was shocked and looked at me. I said, "if forty days meat eating is sin then it should be sin forever." My brother told her, "in India people don't drink beer, wine or alcohol during forty days of lent season but on Easter day they keep beer bottle in their vehicle and as soon as the Easter service in church is over they would come out and celebrate Easter with drinking." I told her if forty days drinking is wrong then it must be wrong forever. Then further I said, God does not look at our rituals but He is pleased with the condition of our heart. If our heart is filthy it is filthy in the sight of God and forty days staying away from alcohol or meat does not make any sense." You and I can't please God by our deeds but we can only please Him by holy walk and a clean life. Jesus is holy and He is not pleased seeing filth in our lives. He is not pleased seeing sinful works in our lives. Even he is not pleased with our sinful thought life. He is not waiting to see our rituals but He really wants our heart clean and connected with God. He wants to come and dwell in our heart. When He comes to live inside of us then only real cleansing begins in our lives. Jesus is holy and when this most holy God comes down to live inside of us then His holiness begins to flow in our lives. Before salvation I never thought that secular movies are filthy. I still remember once one of our relatives came to our home. She had dedicated her life for Jesus from childhood and lived like a monk/saint. We took her for preaching in another city and meeting was in the evening. So we were sitting inside the church building and waiting for the meeting time. I had a little radio and I began to hear movie songs. My mom said, "hey we are in the church so you should not listen movie songs here. But I was not ready to listen to my mom because I never considered it as sin. If you can't listen movie songs inside the church you can't listen it anywhere. The same thing is with lustful and filthy movies. But when I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior and when Jesus began to live inside of me the real awareness about holiness came in my life. After salvation within two weeks time first thing happened in my life was I quit listening movie songs. See, I did not change myself but Jesus who was dwelling inside me did that change. I was very fond of movie songs and movies so there is no way I could have quit it myself. I didn't do anything but Jesus did it. When Jesus comes inside to live with you slowly He removes the unwanted things from your life and brings His holiness. If He has come to live inside of you, you can't be the same again. You can't continue in your old sins. If Jesus is living inside you, you can't sit in front of your television and watch all the filth. You just can't. You will flip channel and run away from it. When Jesus comes we receive holiness and life:Yes your good works and church traditions and rituals do not change you but Jesus does. When Jesus comes inside of you to live with you things begin to change without your knowledge. Then you don't make resolutions for yourself and fail over and over again but Jesus makes holy plans for you and He directs you in the paths of righteousness. He himself is holy and that holiness begins to flow in your life. 1 Pet 1:16, "Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy." When Jesus comes we not only receive holiness but we receive life. Jesus said, "I am the resurrection and the life." John 11:25-26, "Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. "And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die.....?" John 1:4, "In him was life; and the life was the light of men." When Jesus comes and lives inside of us we receive that life and it cancels spiritual death from our lives. We pass from death unto life. John 5:24, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life." What a blessed hope we have as a children of God that one day we are going to live with Jesus and we are going to live forever and ever. There will be no death, no pain, no tears in our eyes.2. Physical healing: Jesus' sacrifice not only brings spiritual healing but it does bring physical healing. In Jesus' ministry also we see two main things happening. One side Jesus was preaching the message of repentance and on the other side He was healing people. Mat 4:17, "From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand." Acts 10:38, "How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him." These were the main missions of Jesus. Today also He wants to give us these two things. Healing in our soul and in our body. When He sent out His disciples for ministering people He sent them again with these two missions. Mat 10:5 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:Mat 10:6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.Mat 10:7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.Mat 10:8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.If you love God you have right to receive spiritual healing as well as physical healing. If you are sick you can always come to Jesus and ask for health and healing. It is His will to heal you. Medical science and medicines are there but if God does not heal nothing can be done. If you have hundreds of $$ to throw away but still you can't buy health and healing unless God desires. If you are sick you can freely come at the feet of Jesus and ask for His divine healing and He sure does heal people. His healing touch is available for each and every person. But we must not forget that physical healing is temporary and one day it will be lost. No one is going to live in this world forever. But we have a greater hope that is spiritual healing. If you have invited Jesus into your life you are blessed and this is the healing which will take you to heaven. I received Jesus as my Lord and Savior almost 27 years back and I never looked back and never regretted it. It was the best decision I ever took in my life. I can say with great joy that it is precious. It is so precious than any diamonds. That's why I never want to let it go. If you do not have this experience I encourage you to get it. Sooner is the better. Life is short and we don't know the time and the hour when the home call will come. Please don't wait for another moment because it could be very late for you. If you are not sure of your destiny please come to Jesus and receive Him as your Lord and Savior. In past few months I had attended two young people's funeral. They were under twenty years of age. When I stood in front of their casket and looked at their innocent faces my heart sank. I can't explain how heavy I felt. My heart cried within and I thought Jesus had resurrected dead Lazarus. Jesus said, John 14:12 "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father." Jesus raised the dead and promised the same for those who believe in Him even greater miracles but I could not do anything. How I wished they could have risen from the dead and lived but...alas!!...sigh!!... When I looked at the crying mother's face I felt very guilty. Yes life is pretty short and going to heaven is so important than earthly life itself. Please do not wait for another moment. If you want to receive life please pray this prayer with me. Jesus, I know you are the resurrection and the life. Fountains of life are within you. I know you can give me life eternal. Please forgive my sins. Wash me with your precious blood and cleanse me from all evil deeds. Forgive and forget my past sins. Please come into my heart and make me your creation. Lord when you come to live inside of me I know my life will change. I will receive your holiness and your life, and I will live forever and ever and your life giving power will resurrect me one day. Please come into my life and give me eternal life. Thank you Jesus for hearing this prayer. Today I accept you as my personal Lord and Savior. I pray in Jesus precious name. Amen.
Standing in the Gap - Fasting prayer on 10th Aug. 2010
As the Bible says in Ezekiel 22:30 "So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it." And also the Bible says in Numbers 16:48, "And he (Aaron) stood between the dead and the living; so the plague was stopped." We have fasting prayer every second Tuesday of each month. Our next fasting prayer meeting will be conducted on 10th Aug. 2010
