Psa 91:1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. Jesus spoke to His disciples that they should pray in secret and not to make a show in public as we read in Mat 6:6, "But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly."Psalmist says that a person who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I have seen at times that when mother chicken and its small chicks walk around and if mother chicken sees danger for her chicks, she would make different sounds. Hearing those sounds, those chicks would run and hide under the wings of their mother and by doing that they will be protected from any harm and danger.When we take refuge under the wings of the Almighty God, we are protected from all dangers and harms. God takes care of us and we can dwell safely without any anxiety and without fear. When God led the Israelites from Egypt to the Promised Land He promised them that they will dwell in safety and nothing could make them afraid. We read in Lev 25:18-19, "So you shall observe My statutes and keep My judgments, and perform them; and you will dwell in the land in safety. Then the land will yield its fruit, and you will eat your fill, and dwell there in safety." And also in Deu 12:10, "But when you cross over the Jordan and dwell in the land which the LORD your God is giving you to inherit, and He gives you rest from all your enemies round about, so that you dwell in safety,"Yes, He promised to protect and give His protection from all evil to those who walk in His ways and to those who have taken refuge under His wings. My mom often tells how her home was protected from burglary and theft. She would say that because of grandma's prayers, thieves could never enter in their home while the next door neighbors were burglarized several times. Their attempts of burglary failed every time because God was the protector. How many times we just don't know how many dangers are hidden on our way but if we are taking refuge under the wings of almighty God, we need not to fear anything because He is our protector and He will keep us safe. Young David faced so many dangers in his life but he writes in one of the Psalms, Psa 34:4, "I sought the LORD, and He heard me, And delivered me from all my fears."The same God is able to deliver you no matter what you are facing today. Just look to Him, He can help you.
John 14:2-3, "In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. "And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.”When Jesus left this world He promised that He is going to prepare many mansions. The question is for whom He is going to prepare mansions. Who are the people who are going to get mansion in heaven. Bible itself gives clear answers for it.1. He is preparing mansions for 'Blood washed' people: Rev 7:13-14, "Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, "Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?" And I said to him, "Sir, you know." So he said to me, "These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.”Bible says that only those who are washed by the blood of Jesus, whose sins are forgiven: only those people will be able to make it to heaven and not others. This is the only qualification required for us to enter into heaven. Why? Because God is holy and incorruptible, nothing unholy can come into His presence. Unless and until we receive forgiveness of sin, we can't enter in His presence. 1 Cor 15:50, “Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption.”The corruption and sin in our lives could only be removed through the shed blood of Jesus. Bible says that the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin. 1 John 1:7, “But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.” Hebrew 9:22, "And according to the law almost all things are purified with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no remission." Only the pure and holy blood of Jesus has the ability to cleanse us and deliver us from the curse of Sin. That's why we need to have salvation through the blood of Jesus. Jesus came down into this world for the very same purpose. He came and took our place and died on behalf of us. The punishment for sin that we deserve, He took that sin upon Himself and became a perfect substitute for you and me. In other words, He died on behalf of us to redeem us from hell fire. The work to achieve redemption had already been done by Jesus and we need to only accept this gift. It is that simple. When we receive forgiveness of sin, we overcome the law of death and enter into life eternal. When we receive Jesus into our heart as our Lord and Savior, He wipes those sins away from our lives and He adopts us in His family as His own children.Recently the Haiti earthquake turned many children as orphans. The TV news said that some of the children came to USA because families of US adopted them. As soon as the families of US adopted them, their misery ended. They are no longer orphans because they have somebody to look after them. They are no longer hungry and destitute because they have plenty of food to live and thrive. They got all these rights just because they have a family now. It could be possible that once their biological parents were poor, but now they are in a family where their adopted parents are wealthy. That's what happens when we receive Jesus as our heavenly Father. What He has, all becomes ours. Jesus has mansions in heaven and those mansions become ours. Jesus has heavenly kingdom and we become the members of this kingdom and whatever treasures this kingdom has, they all become ours. Once when we receive Jesus into our heart, we no longer stay as the old condemned sinner who is on the way to hell. No, but we become citizens of heaven and we become heirs to everything which our heavenly father Jesus has. Satan is no longer our controller or master and he does not have authority to put us in hell fire. We receive eternal life that will never end till eternity. Jesus said, I am the resurrection and the Life. Yes we receive this life eternal and there is no death hereafter. There is no sorrow, pain or tears in His kingdom. What a privilege it is to become a child of God. Have you ever received Jesus into your heart? If not you need to do it today itself. 2. He is preparing mansions for those who got 'white garments':Rev 7:9-10, "After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands and crying out with a loud voice, saying, "Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!" Rev 3:5 "He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.”Jesus is preparing mansions for those who has white garments. The above verse says, "he who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments." Those who received Jesus as their Lord and Savior and those who will stay faithful till the end will receive the privilege of heaven. Bible says that those who endure till the end will receive the crown. 2 Tim 2:12, “If we endure, We shall also reign with Him. If we deny Him, He also will deny us.” James 1:12, “Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.”The second thing that we need is to keep our white garment unblemished. White garment represents "Holiness". Holiness is another key to get into heaven. We need to keep our garments from being defiled. We need to live a clean life that pleases God because Jesus is coming for the church that is spotless and without blemish. Eph 5:27, "that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish." Who is that church for whom Jesus is coming? If you are a blood washed believer then you are that church for whom Jesus is going to return. We need to live a blameless life. How many of us even after getting saved and spending many years with this blessed experience still fall in sin? The reason is that we haven't dedicated our whole life into Jesus' hands. There are areas in our lives which are still unguarded and that's where Satan attacks and gives us defeat. How many times we face defeat after defeat in our spiritual journey? and then think," oh I am a saved person but still not able to live a victorious life. I heard Bro. Reinhard Bonnke who gives a very good illustration that I would like to write down here for you. When a person gets saved Jesus comes into his life. Suppose he has ten rooms in his heart and he has five rooms in upstairs and five in downstairs. He finds a best room upstairs and he gives that room to Jesus but he keeps nine rooms for himself. Since Jesus is a gentleman He says thank you. This person feels very happy that Jesus came to live with him. After some time he hears a rough knock at his door. He goes and opens the door to see who is there and there was Satan standing. He tries to shut the door but he finds out that satan is already in. Then the big struggle begins. He fights the whole day with satan and with various kinds of temptations. Finally he manages to drive satan out. He thinks Jesus is staying with me but why He didn't come to help me when satan was troubling me? He goes to upstairs and asks Jesus the same question. Jesus replies, "you have given me permission for only one room. So I am looking after that room very well. So he said, ok Jesus let us have 50-50. Please take all the rooms of upstairs and let me keep all the rooms of downstairs. Again one day this man hears that very rough knock at the door. So he thinks that this time he will open the door a little bit and peak through it to see who is there. As he peaks through the door he sees satan and he tries to shut it but already satan had put his foot inside and he was in. Then again the big struggle and fighting begins with sin and temptations. Finally he could manage to drive satan out and shut the door. He comes to Jesus and asks, "Jesus you were there all the time but why when satan was troubling me you didn't do anything?" Jesus replies, "son you have only given me the permission for half of your home. And I am guarding it very well but the rest of the rooms you own so I can't do anything. Then he says ok Lord please take all the ten rooms and he handed over the keys of the house. Now again this man hears the very rough knock at the door and he began to tremble and get scared thinking oh no, satan came again. He thinks what to do now and suddenly he hears the foot steps of somebody and he immediately realizes that it is the foot steps of Jesus. Jesus comes and opens the door wide open. When satan sees Jesus he bows down and says, sorry, I knocked the wrong door and he departs. Jesus says, now I have the keys of the whole home so I am the owner and you are living with me. Yes when we surrender all the areas of our life into the safe hands of Jesus He becomes the owner of our life and he helps us to fight the battle against satan and to win. Total surrender brings holiness in our life. If you are struggling to lead a clean life you need to surrender your life totally in the hands of Jesus. Let Jesus become the master of your life and let Him control the affairs of your life. When you do it you could lead a clean and holy life. Let the areas where you are facing defeat after defeat in your spiritual journey be given to Jesus and He will lead you through victory after victory.. Jesus is preparing mansions for the saved people. He is preparing mansions for those who are guarding their life with holiness to meet Jesus. Are you the member of this group? Are you saved? Are you able to live a holy life? If not please surrender your life in the hands of Jesus. Please give Him a try and I am sure your life will never be the same again. If you are willing to receive forgiveness of sin and a place in heaven please pray this prayer with me.Lord Jesus, I need a holy life. Lord I know that you died for me to rescue me from the snares of satan. Please come into my heart. Forgive and forget my sins. Wash me with your precious blood and give me eternal life. Jesus I surrender my life into your safe hands. Jesus I surrender my soul into your safe hands. Turn my defeats into victory. Turn my failures into success. I receive you as my Lord and Savior. Thank you Lord for listening to this prayer. I pray in Jesus name. Amen

As the Bible says in Ezekiel 22:30 "So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it." And also the Bible says in Numbers 16:48, "And he (Aaron) stood between the dead and the living; so the plague was stopped." We have fasting prayer every second Tuesday of each month.
