Once again we have entered in a new year. When we look back, we can see how the mighty hand of God had guided us protected us and blessed us the whole year. We can find moments when we were in despair, how He had helped us to come out of it in a miraculous way. There might have been times when we could not think of going any farther but God helped us to proceed. We can count many blessings that came on our way. I remember that last year had been very hard for us as my brother was sick and doctors had no answer. We never thought of seeing this year with such peace and joy but God enabled us, helped us and delivered us all the way. How much thankful and grateful we are for His help in our lives! The same God who helped us can help you and He will wipe away your tears. Are you crying today? Do not cry because there is the mighty God who loves you and wants to deliver you out of all your troubles.Bible tells us about the man named Jacob who had nothing with his life except troubles and problems. First he had to run for his life fearing his brother that he will kill him. Then he was again in trouble when he reached his uncle Laban's house as Laban put him to hard work. He says to Rachel the daughter of Laban in Genesis 31:6-7, "And you know that with all my might I have served your father. Yet your father has deceived me and changed my wages ten times, but God did not allow him to hurt me." Finally he decided to go to his home country but his heart was full of fear thinking, his brother could still be angry and he could still kill him. So he prayed the whole night and on that night he had an encounter with God. That encounter with God brought a turning point in his life. He found favor in the eyes of his brother so that he could reach his home safely. Yet his troubles were not over yet. One day he heard that his beloved son Joseph was no more. This time he cried and cried even he refused to be comforted, and he said, "For I shall go down into the grave to my son in mourning." What a tragic loss it was for him! But God had stored some pleasant surprises for him and a day came when he not only was able to see his son Joseph (thought to be dead), but also could see him sitting in the highest position as Governor of Egypt. How did it happen? Joseph was not dead but had been sold to be slave. Yet God raised him to high position. The same God who turned the mourning of Jacob into dancing, the same God who turned the situation of Joseph and made him ruler over Egypt can turn your mourning into dancing and turn your situations around. And I sure believe that in this New Year God will bring deliverance in your life. Year after year you might have cried like Jacob, year after year you might have cried like Joseph but this year God will turn around your situations and will fill you with great joy.Will you give your life to Jesus? He is ready to forgive and forget all your sins. He is ready to wipe away your tears.I wish all our readers a very Happy and Prosperous New Year 2014!
I really believe that year 2014 will bring great deliverance in the lives of people who are in various bondages. The Israelites were in bondage when they lived in Egypt. In Egypt they were treated with much harshness and cruelty. Their lives were miserable. More than that, the king ordered to kill every male child as soon as the child is born. We read in Exodus 1:13-18, "So the Egyptians made the children of Israel serve with rigor. And they made their lives bitter with hard bondage; in mortar, in brick, and in all manner of service in the field. All their service in which they made them serve was with rigor. Then the king of Egypt spoke to the Hebrew midwives, of whom the name of one was Shiphrah and the name of the other Puah; and he said, "When you do the duties of a midwife for the Hebrew women, and see them on the birthstools, if it is a son, then you shall kill him; but if it is a daughter, then she shall live." But the midwives feared God, and did not do as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the male children alive."When the Israelites were in such a dire state they cried out to God. Their cry reached God and He sent help in the form of Moses. Moses became their deliverer who delivered them despite of all odds. The same God who sent Moses to deliver the Israelites and delivered them can do the same for you. Today you may be in such dire state as the Israelites were and do not know where to turn to but if you look to Jesus, He can deliver you out of all your troubles. Sin is the root cause of all the troubles we face today. But Jesus came in this world to take away our sins. He gave His precious life for us so that we could come out of our sins and live a holy life. More than that, we can have eternal life through the shed blood of Jesus. When our sins are forgiven, when our sins are blotted out, most of the problems vanish with that. When we give our lives in the mighty hands of Jesus, He takes care of our problems. He is the deliverer who wants to remove all your sins, all your problems and all your tears from your life.Would you give your life to Him today? If yes, you will never be the same again.

As the Bible says in Ezekiel 22:30 "So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it." And also the Bible says in Numbers 16:48, "And he (Aaron) stood between the dead and the living; so the plague was stopped." We have fasting prayer every second Tuesday of each month. Our next fasting prayer meeting will be conducted on 16th Nov. 2015
