Contents of this issue
Things that happen in our day today life could be discouraging, disappointing and heartbreaking. Often we do not get what we thought or things do not turn out as we would have expected it. But we are not alone, those who went before us also had to face the same problems. Apostle Paul says in Romans 8:35-37, "Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written: "For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us."Jesus Himself said in John 16:33, "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."Jesus by going to the cross brought victory for us over sin, sicknesses, troubles, disappointments, discouragements, heartbreaks and even death. My friend, if we are in Christ Jesus, if we have put our trust in His mighty power, no trouble can tame us, no problem can ever shake us. Yes, it is true that at times things may go very rough and we feel dejected and disappointed but in those moments also Jesus has not left us. He promised in Matthew 28:20, "and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen." But it is important how we react to our problems. Once Paul and Silas were beaten and were put in prison. They could have easily been dejected and not in a mood to preach the Gospel, but contrary to human nature they rejoiced and praised God. They used their chains as musical instruments to sing praises to God. You can see what their attitude was when they did not even know whether they will live or die. What would happen to them? Instead of panicking, instead of murmuring they praised God and soon deliverance came for them. Because of their attitude they brought deliverance from God not only for themselves but also for the prison guard and for his whole family. The prison guard and his family found Christ and a secure future for eternity because of Paul and Silas. How we react to our problems, to our circumstances that brings troubles and disaster or deliverance in our lives. If we murmur and if we complain it will bring disappointment and dejection but will not bring solution for our problems. So when troubles come, when problems come, when we see trouble, let us trust in the Lord for His blessings and deliverance in our lives instead of murmuring or complaining. Bring everything at the feet of Jesus and He will change your circumstances. He will bring deliverance in your life. Probably sin, sickness or death in the family is bothering you, but if you bring those things at the feet of Jesus, He will take care of it and He will bring you out of your situations.

Jesus said to them, "if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to the mountain and it will move". It is amazing Jesus said that, "by faith we can move mountains". Many times we wonder whether it is ever possible. Many think that it was just a figure of speech but in real it can't happen or Jesus never said it in the literal way. Well, most of the time when people does not see miracles happening in their lives, they have hard time believing in miracles and they simply say, "it is not literal or it can't happen". We can move mountains by believing in Jesus' word. I heard many times that in Br. Dhinakaran's meetings they prayed and stopped heavy rain and down pour. It always amazed me and I thought how they could do it. But now I know that it is not impossible. Through prayer and through the authority given by Jesus to His children we can stop rain, we can stop drought; we can move hurricanes and storms. You might think, Is it biblical? Are these kinds of things recorded in the Bible? Yes, Bible does talk about stopping rain, bringing rain, moving rivers and sea to gather in one place, making dry ground in the midst of the sea etc. Prophet Samuel prayed and rain came:1 Samuel 12:18 So Samuel called to the LORD, and the LORD sent thunder and rain that day; and all the people greatly feared the LORD and Samuel.Elijah prayed and rain came after three years of drought:1 King 18:41 Then Elijah said to Ahab, "Go up, eat and drink; for there is the sound of abundance of rain."1 King 18:42 So Ahab went up to eat and drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; then he bowed down on the ground, and put his face between his knees,1 King 18:43 and said to his servant, "Go up now, look toward the sea." So he went up and looked, and said, "There is nothing." And seven times he said, "Go again."1 King 18:44 Then it came to pass the seventh time, that he said, "There is a cloud, as small as a man's hand, rising out of the sea!" So he said, "Go up, say to Ahab, 'Prepare your chariot, and go down before the rain stops you.'"1 King 18:45 Now it happened in the meantime that the sky became black with clouds and wind, and there was a heavy rain. So Ahab rode away and went to Jezreel.Through prayer you can move mountains. Many times we pray in Jesus name and things happen and we do not see the reason behind it. But it still happens. It is really wonderful. Bible says that when we pray in Jesus name and ask for anything in His name it happens. But it is far better if you can see literally the reasons behind the miracles happening. It looks that when Elijah prayed he could see things moving in the spirit realm. He kept praying till the clouds formed in the sky. We do not read from the Bible those particular details that happened when Elijah prayed. But I learned from the Lord that many of the natural calamities like drought, hurricane, typhoon, floods, famine etc are brought by demons and through witchcraft and when you remove those demons by prayer things change. Visions, dreams and revelations are the key where you can literally see how prayers work. I had many experiences where I prayed for poverty and troubles to move and I could see in my visions how demons return back to the witch-crafters and create havoc in their homes. In my visions I have seen that they go back to them destroying their possessions, punching on their faces and doing many things. Last year I saw a vision which not only moved hurricane but because of this a big metropolitan city New York was spared. You can read how it happened and how visions work. Hurricane Irene - On 28th August 2011, as we were watching TV the half of the sphere of hurricane Irene slowly but steadily diminished and disappeared right before our eyes. Meteorologist and scientists were completely amazed and bewildered how it happened. I heard them saying, "something interesting happened and dry air is filling in it" which was unusual as it should have gathered more moisture from sea. All their predictions failed as they previously thought that it would make much havoc in New York where there are high rise buildings. They thought that it would dump water up to 13 feet high and that the whole low level areas of New York would be submerged and high wind will blow the window glasses.-----------Here are some of the pre Hurricane news before it hit for reading------- New York is braced for the worst as Irene threatens the city with its first hurricane in decades. Mayor Michael Bloomberg has ordered the evacuation of low-lying areas and, for the first time ever, has shut the subway and bus systems from noon today. The storm is expected to make landfall on Long Island tomorrow.Hurricane Irene Warning for New York---------After hurricane Mayor said - Huffingtonpost august 29/2011 ------"Of course there was flooding but the storm largely spared New York City, which hadn't had a significant hurricane since 1938."------------------end----------But to their surprise, hurricane Irene weakened as it reached New York and did no damage as it was predicted. As the Bible says in Ezekiel 22:30 "So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it."
