Through the Lord's mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. (Lam 3:22-23) Wow, what a great God we have, because of His mercies we are not consumed. Yes, He is a merciful God and because of His great mercy and compassion, He sustains us. And it says further that they are new every morning... My dear friend, you may be in the midst of tremendous storms, temptations, problems and tears. Look to Jesus. His compassions fail not and through the Lord's mercies we are not consumed. It is His abundant grace which sustains us from falling. That's why King David says in, "Psa 23:6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the LORD Forever." May God's grace and mercy be new all the days 0f our lives! We wish you a very happy and blessed Christmas. A Comforter is Born
Eccl 4:1 Then I returned and considered all the oppression that is done under the sun: And look! The tears of the oppressed, But they have no comforter; On the side of their oppressors there is power, But they have no comforter." Many times I have seen in TV Shows, big men crying like small baby. I get many letters from small children aged 5-15, they say, "Please pray for us so that we may live with our parents, they may not separate from each other and they may not put us in hostel." People are without comfort and without peace. They have problems like big mountain but they don't know the solution, they have tears and restlessness but they don't know where they will find a comforter who will wipe away their tears and will take all their pains. But today I want to tell you my friends that a comforter is born in Bethlehem and will take all your pain, all your sorrow and will wipe away all your tears and will comfort you as a mother comforts her child as the Bible says in, "Luke 2:10-11 Then the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord." Turn to Jesus, He is the Comforter, He is the prince of Peace. He gives the peace which paseth all understandings. There was a little bird which used to live in a rock on the sea shore. She gave birth to two little birds. After some days there was a great storm, wind did blow like anything and many big trees fell. But this little bird's nest was in a rock so nothing happened to her nest. In the midst of storms she lived with her children happily and with perfect peace. The same thing happens when we trust in Jesus, winds may blow, storms may come but His peace will hold us in the midst of all these things. May God richly bless you in this Christmas and all through the coming year and may the God of all comfort keep you in peace and Joy.
Standing in the Gap - Fasting prayer on 13th May. 2008
As the Bible says in Ezekiel 22:30 "So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it." And also the Bible says in Numbers 16:48, "And he (Aaron) stood between the dead and the living; so the plague was stopped." We have fasting prayer every second Tuesday of each month. Our next fasting prayer meeting will be conducted on 13th May. 2008
Printed Version of the Magazine
We are excited to announce that we are starting printed edition of the magazine that will be monthly. And will contain all the four or five issues of a month. Our online magazine will still be free and can be read via email or on our websiteThere was a huge demand that we send our magazine by snail mail.
