At present war is going on between India and Pakistan. I read in news papers that many soldiers lost their lives for country's sake. Some had little kids and some got married just a few months back, but they did not even bother about their families and went to war to save their country from the enemy. In the same way Jesus did not even bother about His status, His glory, His kingship and came to this world to die as a cursed person for me and for you just because He loved us. Just to save us from all our sins, all our grief, all our sorrows. He took our place where we are suppose to be. He shed His precious blood that we could live forever and forever. He shed His precious blood to give us new life, a life full of peace, joy and happiness. As the Bible says in Hebrews 5:8-9, "though He was a Son, yet He learned obedience by the things which He suffered. And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him." Yes, Jesus did everything for us but the question is did you accept this wonderful life? Are your sins forgiven? Are you washed with the blood of Jesus? If not yet, this is the time, this is the day of Salvation. WILL THE WORLD END IN JULY 1999

There is a lot of talk about the end of the world in July 1999. But according to the Word of God ( Bible ), which has laser sharp accuracy in fulfillment of prophecies, it is not going to end in July 1999. Bible very clearly says that before the end of the age there is going to be seven years of tribulation period and then 1000 years of Christ's reign on this earth. Jesus also made it clear in Matthew 24:6-9 "And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows. 9 Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name's sake." Remember that all these things will happen. Nations rising against nations, Earthquakes, Famines, Pestilences and so on, but yet, this is not the end. And even Christians will be hated by all nations. but yet it is not the end. These are all just signs indicating that the emergence of antichrist is near. In Matthew 24:14 Jesus said "And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come." So, until this prophecy is fulfilled that the Gospel is preached in all the world, end is not going to come and we never know when it gets fulfilled. The tribes living in the remotest part of the world are being reached by missionaries with the Gospel of love and forgiveness from sin, because, for that only Jesus Came into this world, that is, to save sinners from sin and shame. The moment Gospel reaches the ends of the world, Jesus will return on the clouds. But no one on the earth will be able to tell the date of His coming. 1 Thessalonians 5:1 "But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you." 1 Thessalonians 5:2 "For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night." 1 Thessalonians 5:3 "For when they say, 'Peace and safety!' then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape." Now, what exactly is going to happen? There are two things that confuses us many times1) Rapture and2) Second coming. Are they the same? Answer is no. Rapture is when Jesus comes in the cloud, gathers His people and takes them to heaven. 1 Thessalonians 4:16, "For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first." 1 Thessalonians 4:17, "Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord." Second Coming is when Jesus comes back on this earth, sets His feet on Mount of Olives to defeat antichrist and rule for 1000 years. Zechariah 14:4, "And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, Which faces Jerusalem on the east. And the Mount of Olives shall be split in two, From east to west, Making a very large valley; Half of the mountain shall move toward the north And half of it toward the south." Revelation 19:14, "And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses." Revelation 20:4, "And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years." The world events are indicating that Christ's return is very near. Day by day things are inching closer to the fulfillment of prophecies written in Bible. Daniel 12:4 "But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase." Today we are able to see that knowledge is increasing exponentially. Daniel 8:21 says "And the male goat is the kingdom of Greece. The large horn that is between its eyes is the first king." That means the antichrist will come from Greece (Roman Empire) and that is what today European Union is heading for. They are getting together to become one and then to expand and have many nations in their group and it is going to expand world wide when antichrist takes over. Daniel 8:21 - 25 And this antichrist will be defeated not by human means but by the King of kings the Lord Jesus Christ himself. But are you ready to meet the Lord when He comes in His glory in the Clouds? If not it is better to get ready by humbling yourself before the King of Kings and Lord of Lords and by repenting of your sins and accepting Him as your personal Savior. If you want to make sure that you will be worthy to meet Jesus when He comes in the Cloud, and if you want to get rid of your sins, desire to live a Holy life please pray this prayer with me. Lord Jesus I know that I am a sinner and I accept that you are Messiah (Christ) who came into this world to save me from sin. Please forgive me of my sins and wash me with your blood that was shed on the Cross. Please come into my heart and change my life. I ask this prayer in Jesus Name. Amen
Standing in the Gap - Fasting prayer on 14th Sep. 2010
As the Bible says in Ezekiel 22:30 "So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it." And also the Bible says in Numbers 16:48, "And he (Aaron) stood between the dead and the living; so the plague was stopped." We have fasting prayer every second Tuesday of each month. Our next fasting prayer meeting will be conducted on 14th Sep. 2010
