Psalm 23:3 He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake. The Psalmist says here that God is a restorer of his soul. Many times when we go through difficult situations we start thinking, there is no hope....we are at the dead end..." When I came to USA I saw some TV shows in which a big man was crying like a small baby. He said, "My wife left me and one day fire broke in my house there were no one to look after my children, elder child was only 10 or 11 years of age. In that fire, my youngest child died. I am unable to bear the pain." When I saw that program I felt very sorry because I never saw a man crying like this in my whole life... The mails I get in which 90% say, "We are separated from our spouse...., please pray. I am publishing some of the mails which broke my heart.... One brother wrote... "I need prayer in the area of my 6 year old daughter and my self. I believe we need to go/leave away from her mother. Her mother and I are not married, were together but thing's happened. She has a boy friend who comes over and it bother's me and it is not right for the kids to witness this, any prayer would be appreciated...." One sister wrote... "I have a 7 week old baby girl. Her father promised to marry me. I was so afraid to do it alone. Last Thursday I found him in bed with his ex-wife, while I was rocking our baby...." I hear that 75 to 90% youngsters live with their boy friend or girl friend without marriage. And almost 100% who are under 18 years of age are depressed and to forget their pain they take drugs.... This is the condition of America today.. A nation who were once blessed by God but now it has forgotten almighty God and is now in the grip of tears, misery and pain. If we read in the book of Genesis 16 to 21 chapters, we can see the story of Hagar a concubine of Abraham. Abraham took her as his wife but one day came when he rose early to send Hagar away. And the Bible says in Genesis 21:14-18 that Hagar departed and wandered in the Wilderness of Beersheba. And the water in the skin was used up, and she placed the boy under one of the shrubs. Then she went and sat down across from him at a distance of about a bowshot; for she said to herself, "Let me not see the death of the boy." So she sat opposite him, and lifted her voice and wept." Yes, my friend, you may be shedding tears today. May be your husband has said, "I have another wife, get out of my house.", may be your wife went with another man, and may be you are in deep pain and thinking, "my future is shattered and there is no hope for me..." But I want to tell you, there is hope in Jesus. He is the restorer of your life. Come to Christ. Confess all your sins before Him and tell Him all your pain, He will wipe away all your tears and will fill you with peace, joy and happiness that words can not describe. As He did in the life of Hagar when she lifted up her voice in pain and cried, the Bible says in Genesis 21:17 And God heard the voice of the lad. Then the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said to her, "What ails you, Hagar? Fear not, for God has heard the voice of the lad where he is. Yes, my friend, let God hear your cry today. Let Him know that you are in deep pain and He will answer you from heaven then you will be able to say with the psalmist, "But I have trusted in Your mercy; My heart shall rejoice in Your salvation." (Psalms 13:5) Amen! As you know my Magazine (E-zine) is completing 2 full years on 17th July 1999. It came from long way... I thank you all from the bottom of my heart who sent me congratulations and good wishes. When I saw the brokeness of people here, I prayed to God, "Please help me to do something for these people", and God gave me series of messages on dating, marriage and divorce.... When I published those messages, mails poured from all over the world saying, "You are WAY off the Bible in this edition." Some wrote, "You are warping the Word of God." Some threatened me!! When I opened my mail box every day and read mail after mails saying you are wrong, you are wrong..." and at that moment I thought whether, "Am I wrong?" Finally I told my brother Mr. Vinod Isaac to see through my messages and tell me whether I am wrong or right? And he sat with me and read all my messages and said that there is no problem in my messages. Meanwhile I got a few but some encouraging mails from my readers which I am publishing here... One Hindu brother wrote to me: Dating is the most common practice here. Divorce is another problem here. I thought that Christianity does not have solutions for these human problems and that is why dating is most common among Christians and divorce is also most common among Christians. I strongly request you to please send this message to all the youngsters of this country. Please send copy to all the priests. Here comes the importance of bringing all the Churches under one roof. Ecclesiastes 12:1, "Remember now your Creator in the days of your youth, Before the difficult days come, And the years draw near when you say, "I have no pleasure in them": Here the Bible directs you to remember your Creator when you are young. Yes my friend, seek Him when you are young, find Him when you are young, search for Him with your whole heart when you are young. Why? So that your life can be peaceful and joyful. Isaiah 54:13, "All your children shall be taught by the LORD, And great shall be the peace of your children." Isaiah 57:2, "He shall enter into peace; They shall rest in their beds, Each one walking in his uprightness." Psalms 119:165, "Great peace have those who love Your law, And nothing causes them to stumble." For those who walks in God's ways their peace shall be great. That is the secret of joyful and peaceful life. But many are ignorant, of that. Today people are searching for joy and peace in worldly pleasures, movies, night clubs, drugs and in many other ways. But do you think that these things can give you joy and peace. No, it may like joyful for a while, it may give joy for a season but it ends up in destruction, despair and depression. If you really want eternal joy and peace, seek God. That is the only way. Joy which comes from worldly things fades away soon. When you get good marks in exams or a great victory in any field you rejoice. But it stays only for a while. After a month or a year, you do not rejoice any more thinking about those achievements. When you get a job you rejoice for a while, but the joy soon fades away. Yes, worldly joy stays only for a while and fades away; but the joy which comes from God stays for ever and ever. The peace which God gives stays even in the midst of tears and trials. That is the kind of joy which God wants to give us. Do you have that joy? Are you able to rejoice in any situation? When storms come in your life do you feel joy and peace? Yes my friend only God can give that joy and peace that passeth all understanding. We read in Bible and find some who loved God when they were young and who could rejoice even in the midst of trials and tears, and God exalted them in every field of life. 1. David: We read about King David in I Samuel and II Samuel. David was an ordinary shepherd boy. But he loved God even when he was very young. He used to sing and praise God with his harp. And Bible says that God loved him. He become a man according to God's own heart. Because he loved God, God exalted him and made him king of Israel. His brothers were in the army of king Saul, they had more influence than David. But they could not become king. Jonathan, the son of king Saul, heir to the throne could not become king. Why? Because David pleased God and God exalted him to the position of king. Yes my friend, if you seek God He will exalt you. 2. Joseph: We read about Joseph in Genesis chapter 37 Joseph's life has been miserable from his childhood. His mother died when he was a child. At the age of 17 his brothers tried to kill him and later sold him to the Ishmaelites. But here his miseries did not end. He reached Egypt as a slave boy. How much painful it would have been for him to live in a foreign land away from his home. He might have shed tears thinking that he may never see his father, brothers and relatives again. He might have thought that he is going to live as a slave all through his life. But he loved God when he was so young that God spoke to him through dreams. And whatever God showed him, it came to pass some day or other. And he become a governor(Second man after king) of that foreign land Egypt. How great it was, he loved God and that was why God never left him. The day came when God lifted him and he become the second in command after the king to rule the country. Genesis 41:41-44, "And Pharaoh said to Joseph, "See, I have set you over all the land of Egypt." "Then Pharaoh took his signet ring off his hand and put it on Joseph's hand; and he clothed him in garments of fine linen and put a gold chain around his neck. "And he had him ride in the second chariot which he had; and they cried out before him, "Bow the knee!" So he set him over all the land of Egypt. "Pharaoh also said to Joseph, "I am Pharaoh, and without your consent no man may lift his hand or foot in all the land of Egypt." Yes my friend, love God, seek him when you are young, and He will make your life prosperous, He will lift you up before others and give you all the blessings and he will take care of your future. Not only that, when you finish your life's journey He will keep you in heaven. May God bless you!!!

As the Bible says in Ezekiel 22:30 "So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it." And also the Bible says in Numbers 16:48, "And he (Aaron) stood between the dead and the living; so the plague was stopped." We have fasting prayer every second Tuesday of each month. Our next fasting prayer meeting will be conducted on 16th Nov. 2015
