News report of Mar 27of Shooting in JONESBORO, Ark. Two Westside students - Mitchell Johnson, 13 years old, and Andrew "Drew" Golden, 11 years old - are accused of killing five people in Tuesday’s fusillade from a wooded ridge behind the school. This is not a single case but almost every day we hear this type of cases. Little children do this type of horrible crime! why? Because parents never taught them how to live how to behave with others. Bible says in Prov. 22 : 6 "Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it." But the question is how can you train them? Bible says in Heb 12:8-9 "But if you are without chastening, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate and not sons. Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected us, and we paid them respect. Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live?" When children do mistakes most of the parents ignore it they say oh, he or she is a child. When they will grow they will learn. But how can you do this? When you bake a bread you can mold it whatever shape you want when it is only a dough but if you want to mold a baked bread, you can’t. so when they do mistake it is necessary to correct them by either using the cane or chastening them. Second thing - Bible also says in Joshua 1:7-8 "Only be strong and be very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go. 8 "This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success." Yes, When we read the word of God every day and meditate upon it God show us the way we have to go as Bible says in Psalm 119:104-105 "Through Your precepts I get understanding; Therefore I hate every false way. Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path." Read the word of God every day, pray every day and He will give you grace to walk uprightly in His ways. I have updated my web page. You can see a new look as I changed almost every thing - graphics, backgrounds etc. I am thankful to my friends and family members who gave valuble suggestion to improve the quality of my page. Gen 22:8 And Abraham said, "My son, God will provide for Himself the lamb for a burnt offering." So the two of them went together." When God said to Abraham to sacrifice his son. He went with his son and when they were on their way, son asks this question, Gen 22:7 "But Isaac spoke to Abraham his father and said, "My father!" And he said, "Here I am, my son." Then he said, "Look, the fire and the wood, but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?" And Abraham says this, " God will provide." Abraham walked worthy before God and he looked toward God for help. But how many times we fail to believe in God. When things go smoothly we don’t care but when adverse situation comes it is hard to believe in God. It is hard to trust on Him. But when we trust Him, when we believe in His words, He makes a way for us. Bible says in Psalm 22:5 They cried to You, and were delivered; They trusted in You, and were not ashamed. and Psalm 34:5 5 "They looked to Him and were radiant, And their faces were not ashamed." Yes, why don’t we look to Him, In the times of troubles, in the midst of storms, in the midst of problems, in the midst of tears, in the midst of heartbreaking experiences and He will make a way.

I just wanted to commend you on your wonderful job creating and maintaining this wonderful newsletter. I really appreciate it and I am very much encouraged by it weekly. Being 17 years old isn’t easy, but reading this newsletter does have it’s tendencies to work wonders with some areas I am struggling with in my life. Take care and thank you so much again.
Standing in the Gap - Fasting prayer on 8th July. 2008
As the Bible says in Ezekiel 22:30 "So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it." And also the Bible says in Numbers 16:48, "And he (Aaron) stood between the dead and the living; so the plague was stopped." We have fasting prayer every second Tuesday of each month. Our next fasting prayer meeting will be conducted on 8th July. 2008
