EDITORIAL
Spring is on its way.... It brings joy and cheer to every heart because it comes after a long harsh, cold weather. Its a time for Plants start to bloom again, with new leaves and fresh flowers. Once again we can see colors and natural beauty in our surroundings. This all reminds us the time and the feeling, when Jesus comes into our heart, the same joy, freedom and peace.. undefinable. He fills our heart with a new hope and dignity. In this Issue read a message "Door of hope", and in praise colomn read Sis. Evelyn's testimony.
Door of hope

The Bible says in Hosea 2:15 "And I will give her vineyards from thence, and the valley of Achor for a door of hope." What is valley of Achor? In Josh. 7th chapter we see a person called Achan sinned before God and because of his sin Israelites faced defeat, shame and even their lives were in danger. It was a place were Achan was stoned to death. A place were Achan's grave was. A place of sigh, a place of darkness. That was the valley of Achor. But God says in Hosea 2:15 "And the valley of Achor for a door of hope." Yes, You may be living in sin and want to come out from your sins but could not. You might be going through very darkest moments of your life and living a defeated life. It may happen that you are living in the fear of death, some-times encounter with it face to face and there felt like no hope for you. One can be in grievous situation. But above this Jesus says that, "And the valley of Achor for a door of hope." Yes, my friend He can change your dark-times, fear, bad situation whatever it is. As Bible says in Isa 9:2, "The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined. " There is nothing impossible for Him. Just look to Him, He is ready to help you. He can change you, your life and whatever situation in your life. Second thing we see here that He will make Achor a place of rest as Bible says in Isa 65:10 "And Sharon shall be a fold of flocks, and the valley of Achor a place for the herds to lie down in, for my people that have sought me." Bible says in Matt 11:28 "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." You may be burdened with heavy laden but Jesus says come unto me I will give you rest. Psalm 55:22 Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved." So be of good cheer. Bible say in 1peter 5:7 "Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you." May God bless you!!

Thanks for your prayers, they must be working for I got a call from Mikes caseworker and he seems to think he can get a hearing in front of judge without me getting involved or getting lawyer,He told me to keep praying and not to worry.I then understood God put this caseworker there to help Mike and me.Praise the Lord forever,We serve a awesome God Thank you again !!
Standing in the Gap - Fasting prayer on 13th Apr. 2010
As the Bible says in Ezekiel 22:30 "So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it." And also the Bible says in Numbers 16:48, "And he (Aaron) stood between the dead and the living; so the plague was stopped." We have fasting prayer every second Tuesday of each month. Our next fasting prayer meeting will be conducted on 13th Apr. 2010
